so, the past few weeks have been crazy! i went through this great and amazing training called breakthrough. you can read up about it through www.accd.org or ask me more about it. it was just great. gives you a new perspective on things. nothing radical, just offers another way of being. and it was great!
after that literally not even 12 hours later ran a 5k not so great. it was fun in its own special way but my time was nothing to be proud of but i am feeling stronger in my runs, for example, ran 5.64 miles in under an hour last night. i ran for 58 minutes, just running. i could have gone a little longer but i had a work meeting to attend.
if you could all pray for my job that would be nice. so much is just up in the air surrounding that and as we all probably know by now prayer is a powerful thing and it would be really nice because i absolutely love my job. i love the people i work with and for. last night after the meeting i was able to just kinda hang out watch the red wings game ( i only watched the first 3 periods there) and just kick back and hang out with one of our bartenders. she rocks, pretty much thats the story.
so yeah, there is a little into the happenings of my life. soccer, running, working, cooking, making cinnamon rolls to pay for breakthrough cost so if you want a pan call me up!
